FBS is an FX broker with which many traders around the world trade. Therefore, we offer a variety of contact methods. FBS has a support center that supports multiple languages, so people of any nationality can easily contact us.

FBS Support Center business days and hours

FBS Support Center is open on weekdays. Business hours are from 15:00 to 21:00 Japan time. The Support Center may stop processing on the following days. Please try to do analogue correspondence such as account activation and identity verification on weekdays as much as possible. As a policy, requests are only guided on weekdays.

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

FBS Support Center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that if you contact us on a Saturday or Sunday, we will not respond until Monday. If the holiday falls on a weekday, we will be able to respond as usual.

Christmas, New Year holidays

Please note that FBS business hours often become irregular around Christmas. Please make sure to check the official FBS page as much as possible during this period. In some cases, transactions may also be closely monitored.

Golden Week, Obon

This only applies to Japan, but Golden Week is from late April to early May, and Obon is in mid-August. Transactions will continue as usual during this period, but Japanese staff may not be able to provide support. Instead, it could be English or some other language support.

Live chat inquiries can be made from the official website. Also, we can respond immediately, so if you are in a hurry, live chat is the best option. You can start a live chat using the button at the bottom right of the homepage. At first, answers will be automatically answered by BOT, but if there are questions that cannot be answered, a person will talk to you directly.

Email

Although it is possible to make inquiries by email, it may take several days for a response, so we do not recommend it if you are in a hurry. Emails can be accepted 24 hours a day. Please send your email address to support@fbs.com.

phone support

FBS basically only responds via live chat or email, and does not accept phone calls. However, telephone support is available if desired. If you request a call via email or live chat, you will receive a call from a representative.
