Account cancellation

Be sure to withdraw any active customer balances. If you delete your account, the partner will no longer be able to use the services provided. Email for application procedure
Account cancellations are not accepted via live chat or phone. Basically, the support center will be notified by e-mail. Please email the support center yourself using the registered email address of the account holder. The required information is the account number and reason for cancellation. Please refer to the following article regarding the support center. Also, when you apply for account closure, all open positions will be closed. In addition, access to trading platforms on closed trading accounts will be suspended.
Application acceptance
When the support center accepts the account cancellation received by e-mail, it will send an e-mail regarding the cancellation date to the applicant. It will take approximately 5 days to complete the cancellation. Also, please note that we may contact you by phone to confirm the cancellation of your account. You will be notified by email about the rules that apply after closing your account, so be sure to check it carefully.
Account cancellation
When the account cancellation date arrives, your account will be approved and removed from the website home page. By the way, if you wish to cancel your account earlier than the account cancellation date, you can write that on the cancellation request form. However, whether or not it can actually be deleted is left to the discretion of the support center. There is also a way to dare to leave the account without deleting it once opened. In this case, it will be an archive account. Cancellation is only available on weekdays
Please note that account cancellation procedures can only be performed on weekdays. Most brokers are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and cancellation procedures are done manually and can only be done during business hours. If you apply on a Saturday or Sunday, please wait until the following week. You should receive some kind of communication from the staff.
Is it possible to re-register?
If I cancel my account, will it be possible to re-register? it will be possible. Except for users who have committed some kind of malicious act, it will be possible to open an account again normally. However, there is a condition: all documents that have been submitted will have to be submitted again from scratch.
